Opening in 2019, the Yarra Valley Artisan Baker journey started long before.
Ben the Baker begun his career as a Chef over twenty years ago, before falling in love with the balance, technique and tradition of artisan baking.

We combine traditional three-day fermentation with premium Australian ingredients for authentic sourdough loaves.
In addition, we hand shape true Parisian style baguettes, canelé and croissants using the very best French butter and an ever evolving selection of seasonal sweets.
